Some first grade classes have been learning about how people greet each other around the world. At the same time, they have been finding out about life in other countries, including countries of origin for some of our UES families.
Here, one class gets a special Canadian visitor!
In another class, we learned that many families in India celebrate the spring festival of Holi with fires, music, dancing, and color!
